You can backup all your important data to your PC, & then format both phone & memory card. Or try to delete application files, using xplore delete files all at once from folders "system\programs" and "system\recogs then........
First format your mmc with pc computer using card reader. And then format/reset your cell.Don't insert mmc to cellphone until you formated both memory. For nokia s60 try insert code *#7370# to format it.
You can also delete it manually with lcg xplore
1. Kill the processes qwpuec.exe
2. With lcg xplore find and mark the virus at
c:/system/apps/qwpuec.exe and qwpuec.sis
3. Delete (if it can't be deleted, change its attribute 1st
You can remove the mmc but keep the sim card and restart your phone.
Then press the keys *#7370#.
The phone would ask a confirmation.
Then it will ask for a code.
Type the phone lock code (the default code is 12345).
There you are! your phone will restart with all the phone memory formatted.
Also remember that you can reset your phone but not loose any of
your personal files (I.E restore the settings that came when you bought
the phone while keeping contacts etc) by following the above procedure
but using the code *#7780#
Don't apply these steps if you are not sure what you are doing.
Make sure you have enough battery power before beginning this procedure.
Formatting will erase all your contacts/messages, so make a backup of your phone before formatting.
your unit is full, delete or move some from your phone memory to your other memory. if it doesn't help, i think you unit has a virus. scan your removable memory in your computer or format your memory on your computer not on your cellphone. the virus on the phone cannot be remove by anti-virus of the cellphone, it can only be remove by reformatting or reprogram your unit.
Sound like the phones software might be corrupted, you can reinstall the whole system, read on...
You can hard reset the phone (Factory Settings) This will reinstall the operating system inside the phone back to how it first was. (internal memory gets formatted then the rom reloads the os back) (Solves all kinds of problems.)
Switch the phone "OFF" Hold "3" (button) + "Green Call" (button) + "*" (star button) Switch the phone "ON" while holding the above three buttons. Continue holding for about 20 seconds then let go.
Please note this will format all the saved information stored in phone memory. including phonebook numbers (if not stored on SIM card). Try to make backups first. You have been "Warned".
