I have a Warmrail Towel warmer c3383/26DG , Works great BUT I need the chrome plastic housing with 2 mounting ears that goes over the switch. The Company # @ 877-927-6724 could not help/nor has stock.

THE FIX GOES LIKE THIS A COST YOU NOTHING IF YOU HAVE A CELL PHONE: WITH MOST CELL PHONES YOU GET A COMBINATION EAR PIECE AND MIC ALL ON A SMALL BLACK CABLE THAT PLUGS INTO YOU CELL PHONE FOR HANDS FREE SERVICE. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TAKE THE PART OF THE CABLE THAT HAS THE MIKE AND ALSO HAS A BLACK PLASTIC PART THAT YOU WOULD USE TO HOLD THE MIKE ON YOUR SHIRT AND WITH THAT PLASTIC HOLDER CLAMP THE MIC AT THE VERY END OF THE ARM THAT HAS THE TURTLE BEACH MIC JUST BEFORE THE SOFT FOAM COVER WITH THE MIC FACING IN TOWARDS YOUR MOUTH. PLUG IN THE VERY SMALL EAR PIECE INTO YOUR EAR JUST LIKE YOU WHERE GOING TO USE IF WITH YOUR CELL PHONE. PLACE THE HEAD SET FROM TURTLE BEACH ON LIKE YOU NORMALY WOULD AND PLUG IN THE END OF THE CELL PHONE MIC CABLE INTO THE SLOT ON YOUR TURBO FIRE TWO CONTROLER AND AWAY YOU GO. THE EAR PIECE IS SO SMALL THAT YOU WILL NOT EVEN FEEL IT IN YOUR EAR, THIS WAY YOU GET ALL OF THE GREAT SOUNDS FROM THE HEAD SET AND CAN ADJUST ITS VOLUME BUT YOU CAN ALSO CHAT THRU THE MIKE AT THE SAME TIME. An electronics shop or auto parts store should have one but it might not be an exact fit. If the switch is stuck in the ON position you could just leave it and put a new switch on the line cord.

call the company directly at 877-927-6724. Explain the problem and they will assist you or replace your unit.

When yu say th switch fuse do you mean at the wall. Go to the breaker panel and reset also

Unfortunately there is not much you can do unless you have an owners sheet or manual. I believe an internal fuse has blown and I have no way of telling you how to access it

Call Moen customer service and ask them.

If you are handy there is probably a black plastic plug where the cord goes intothe tubing and I bet if you pulled that out you woul find a thermal fuse.

Wait until you talk to Moen then decide if you want to do it

If you do not want to do it take it to a small appliance repair person or vaaccum repair person or your local electrical vocational clas to wor onit

Try to find an old TV "cheater cord" from that era. It works perfectly AFTER you shave down the plastic "ears" on either side of the prongs.

possible bad timer but first ck thermal fuse ..if top mount filter remove back fuse is small white object on blower housing ..if door mount filter remove bottom panel remove lint screen remove 2 screws each side holing lint screen housing in place fuse is behind it ..if fuse cks good suspect timer ..
