My stoneware liner did the exact same thing a few days ago--cracked right down the middle. I also can't find anywhere to just get a replacement liner, not even at www.crockpot.com.Can anyone help?

My stoneware insert cracked down the middle also! Made a mess everywhere. I've searched but haven't found any replacements. I don't want to buy a whole new crockpot -the rest is in great condition.

I need a replacement stoneware liner. Took it out of the crock pot and set it on the stove to heat it a little bit and it cracked clear through.

I put it on the burner for a moment and it cracked with a bang. Mine is round and Crock Pot only has oval liners. A real pain.

I have a Kenmore model # 68332 six qt slow cooker, the stoneware liner broke while moving this past summer. I'm having no luck finding a replacement, not even from Sears!! I finally gave up and bought a whole new slower cooker, different brand. I'll hold onto the Kenomore for a while longer. If I don't find a replacement crock soon, I'm going to have to send it to the land fill. Seems like such a shameful waste... DonnaL

SOURCE: Rival Stoneware liners

The factory could probably ship you a new Stoneware pot, but the cost of the pot plus the shipping cost for that heavy item would probably be as much as a new unit. My suggestion is to replace the whole cooker.

I am looking for the black stoewear liner for Rival Crockpot model # 3865, any ideas?

Hello, the website www.crock-pot.com sometimes has them, but the stoneware liner for yours is currently out of stock. I would contact them and ask when they are planning to get more. I can tell you from personal experience, since I am always looking in places like GOODWILL and Salvation Army, there are usually liners there. I have also seen them on eBay.com as well as etsy.com auction sites. I have found 2 liners this year in my area at my local Goodwill store, since I like to make yogurt in a spare crock. Good Luck and happy hunting!

Granite stoneware liner

Do a Google search for the home page of the manufacture of your crockkk pot. When on their site, look for support, or about, or contact information.

The next step is to email or call them to have the information about how to order parts from them, or one of their authorized parts dealers.

Sometimes the store where you bought the product can order parts for you. Most likely you may pay a little more when doing it this way, but it may save you some time.

Rival Crock Pot LIner replacement

I have a round, forest green stoneware liner for a Rival crock pot. The liner has no divider. The liner has no chips or cracks. Sorry but I cannot remember to which model number this stoneware liner fit; but I can tell you that the Rival crock pot I had was either a 5 to 6 quart and it fit a plastic lid.
