Check all the cables connected to to your board. first isolate the problem why if keeps switching.

Remove the FDD, HDD, CD/DVD cables to your motherboard. to check wetheir there is a short circuit.then turn-on the computer.

if theproblem still persist try to change your memory. sometimes faulty memory cause your computer keeps restarting.

Pls. pm. if theres changes. hope this would help.

Menu keep on blinking

Disconnect the monitor from the computer. Then turn on the monitor, if the menu keeps on blinking then that means the screen is starting to go bad and the monitor needs to be replaced.
You can also hook up the monitor to another computer. If the blinking stops then that means its an issue with the video card in your original computer.

Computer problems

The computer isn't giving you that message; it's coming from the monitor. It means the monitor is working properly but is not getting any signal from the computer. Your computer is not starting up for some reason. You'll need to find out what is keeping the computer from starting properly.
