Check all the cables connected to to your board. first isolate the problem why if keeps switching.
Remove the FDD, HDD, CD/DVD cables to your motherboard. to check wetheir there is a short circuit.then turn-on the computer.
if theproblem still persist try to change your memory. sometimes faulty memory cause your computer keeps restarting.
