If your phone automatically shut off that means that the phone is not getting the power coming from the battery or the battery itself can no longer supply power for the phone. In this case, you need to try another compatible battery for your handset. If battery wont work with another handset, that means that your phone needs replacing battery.

My nokia N73 have problem After I press switch on button phone start but after 10 second it will switch off and then swicth again then on automatically. It repeat and repeat and repeats again.
You have to format your phone.

To format N 73 Cellular Phone Steps are shown below
  1. You can remove the mmc but keep the sim card and restart your phone.
  2. Then press the keys *#7370#.
  3. The phone would ask a confirmation.
  4. Select yes.
  5. Then it will ask for a code.
  6. Type the phone lock code (the default code is 12345).
  7. There you are! your phone will restart with all the phone memory formatted.
Tips
  • Also remember that you can reset your phone but not loose any of your personal files (I.E restore the settings that came when you bought the phone while keeping contacts etc) by following the above procedure but using the code *#7780#
Warnings
  • Don't apply these steps if you are not sure what you are doing.
  • Make sure you have enough battery power before beginning this procedure.

Switch off automatically with low battery
This is the symptom of defected battery near to run out.Its appear a full charged then its swicth off automatically ,you better replaced the battery,with a new one.

Hai sir , my nokia n72 type rm180 mobile having problem with automatically switch off and swicth on. i may facing problem of virus . plz slove my problem.
Remove memory card and check. if same problem press *# 7370# on your mobile. Be sure that you have taken back all your phone data back. Phone will restart. Now check it with out memory card. if it is ok, Check your memory card for virus in computer with latest anti virus through a card reader.

at first you do the swicth off your mobileand remove your battery also upto 15min after swicth on your mobile then go the settings >phone settings>in that is given default settings select it after some min again swicth off and swicth on after u send the message
