How do I reset the exercise mode to a new date and time on the Asco 165

Install Fitbit app on ur phone. Open app click on page icon at the top right then click on your device. You can change cloxkface settings here. If you just want to switch to heartbeat or exercise modes, you just tap the Fitbit face until you get to the mode you want. ( this you can do without the app).

It is most likely set to exercise once a week and run for about 1/2 hour or so

The ASCO 165 does not switch the home onto the generator during testing / exercise. Unless you manually press the test buttona nd hold. If the power goes and the generator starts, look at the two LED's on front and make sure the generator LED is lit, if it is then the transfer switch is accepting the generator power quality and should switch, if it does not, with everything off generator etc, kill the main breaker feeding the ATS, if the generator starts and it still does not switch you have a board, or position of siwtch micro switch, or rectifier problem in the ASCO. • Your Armitron Watch will have Four Button on the side of the watches rim.
• Button on the upper Left is MODE.
• Button on the lower Left is LIGHT.
• Button on the upper right is DATE.
• Button on the lower right is Alarm.

*Setting the time*

• Press and Hold down the Mode Button til the Hours flash
• Then push Alarm Button to set the Hours
• Press and Hold down the Date Button till the Minutes flash, then push D/Alarm Button to set the minutes
• After setting the minutes on your watch, Press date till you get the month flashing push Alarm to set the month
• Press the Date again till the Date flashes, then push Alarm to set date
• Press the Date again till the Date on your watch flashes, then push Alarm to set the date
• After setting everything push the Mode Button again just once to set everything or finalize your settings on the watch.

Same problem here with the ASCO 165, after a couple of fierce lightning strikes yesterday that did over $10k damage to my neighbor's electronics, and also took out my garage door opener.

I'm pretty confident the control board is the problem, but I don't plan to try to replace components. Will probably opt for a new control board from ASCO, or another source, assuming they are still available.

From the time telling mode press the set button the seconds will flash.

Press the mode button the hours will flash

Press the adjust button to change the hours

Press the mode button the minutes will flash

Press the adjust button to change the minutes

Press the mode button the month will flash

Press the adjust button to change the month

Press the mode button the date flashes

Press the adjust button to change the date

Press the mode button the day flashes

Press the adjust button to change the day

Press the set button when done.
