Question about Genius HS-04U Headset
The sound was great until it got really bad.
The thing is, i was just listening to music and some sound levels got canceled out, like i could hear the songs music but no voice. So now i tryed everything under Genius USB Audio settings, got them to work by switching some controls under playback, but the sound quality really changed to worse.
The cord cant be broken because sound comes from both headphones, but its very strange, cant describe it

Not a problem with the headset. It's a driver problem (software). The headset vendor should be notified of the problem so they can correct it. Chances are, however, the vendor bought the driver software from a third party and doesn't know how it works and can't support it, in which case you're out of luck. This is most often true of off-brand computer accessories from China.
This product has received mediocre reviews on Amazon.com, particularly for driver problems and lack of vendor support.
