Question about O2 Xda IIs Pocket PC
It depends on your OS. if your OS is win XP, then use Activesync ( download it from microsoft.com, and I think latest version is 4.5). if your OS if Vista, then use Mibile Center that comes with Vista... you don't need actually your CD that comes with your phone ...
