Based on your post, the local distributor of the AJAX CNC Lathe can not repair nor replace, then perhaps you should try to go direct to the systems manufacturer.

Alternately, you could try a local Industrial Electronics Tech. who is familiar with these and has access to a service manual or at least a schematic diagram.
