Question about Microsoft Office Professional 2007 Full Version for PC
Hi. I have the product key but it will not recognise the last letter! Its a purchased one so it should be a valid and workable key. Your help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks
Did you buy the key after loading the trial version? Are you putting this in the home and student version of office? Because a lot of people are having the same problem. The product key should work if it is a valid key and being used on the right version of office for which you purchased it for. If it is then you really need to get back in touch with microsoft and alert them to your problem. And I know this sounds patronising and i apologise for sounding so, but have you checked that the key is being input correctly. Sometimes a l and a I look the same. One was a small L and the other a capital i. And again i know that most keys are all put in capitals anyway, but there have been times that I have misread keys due to simple fonts making letters look the same.
