Problem for Sharp 13L-M100 13" TV

White lines in the top

Sharp TV had some white lines in the top. I replaced one electrolytic in the vertical circuit, and the lines disappeard.  One month after this, the lines come back again. What would be causing the electrolytic to blow?  I have already changed the vertical IC.

yuo must change the electrolic capasitor witch more high voltage

Improper capacitance or voltage rating, excessive ripple from power supply, excessive heating when installed?  That is if the same component failed again.
