i have not get the item it's been over a month ago
and the seller will not An-ser my email
some how ebay tell me the listing been over 90 days
i can no longer get help with this problem

Hi,
You can file a dispute with ebay.

Try contacting them.
By this, the seller has to answer your question and solve the dispute else he/ she will be in trouble with ebay.

What is second chance? I sold and item and it came up second chance.


Second chance means you can give the other people that placed a bid on your item a chance to bay it at the price they interred when they bid if you have another one to sell . Second chance can also be used if winning bidder does not pay.

How to end a listing early - eBay



Here's how you can end your listing early:
1. Go to: http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/end_early.html
2. Click the "End My Listing Early form" link. You may need to sign in.
3. Enter your Item number, and click the "Continue" button.
4. If there were no bids on your item, go to Step 6.

5. If there are bids on your item, choose either "Cancel bids and end listing early" or "Sell item to high bidder(s) and end listing early."
6. Select the reason that you're ending your listing early.
7. Click the "submit" button to end your listing.

Your listing will end and bidders will receive an email explaining that their bid has been canceled.

Report fradulent seller to ebay-did not get my product


if you paid the item and never received it, you need to file an Item not receive case on eBay. You need to log in to your account then hover your mouse to customer support on the upper right and click resolution center in the drop down. then click i haven't received it yet under I bought an item. although you only have 45 days starting the day you purchase the item to file a case. you can do it as well on PayPal's end if you used PayPal in paying for it. You can contact eBay and report the seller, it's also your discretion to leave negative feedback and low ratings as well.

I just hope that it's not yet past 45 days since you paid for it.If not, you can file the item not receive case on eBay and here's how;

Here's how you can open an item not received case from My eBay:

1. Please sign in to your account and then please click the My eBay tab located on the upper right side of the page.
2. Then please click the Account tab and inside the Account Summary page please click the Resolution Center link on the left side.
3. Inside the Resolution Center Page, please click "I've not received my item" and please click continue.
4. You will need to enter the item number and please follow the next steps.


To open an Item Not Received (INR) claim through the "Contact Us" options:

1. Click the eBay Buyer Protection header or the "Contact Us" link displayed on the home page.
2. If you click "Item Not Received", the following page will review a list of your recently purchased items. Choose the item(s) that you need help with and click Continue.
3. eBay will ask if you've tried contacting the seller yet. If you choose "Yes", you will be prompted to open a claim online or call us.

If it's already past 45 days, you can no longer file a case on eBay but you can file it from IC3, well I guess that won't be much of help.

You can also check with the seller if they purchased tracking, if there is and you still haven't received it you need to contact the carrier and it could be lost in transition. If there's an insurance you can file a claim with the carrier.
Here's how you can request for the contact information of the seller:

1. Click the "Advanced Search" link at the top of most eBay pages.
2. Click the "Find Contact Information" link under "Members."
3. Enter the member's user ID (the user id of the seller) and item number.
4. Click the "Search" button.

Then you will get an email with the name and phone number of the seller. You can also use this to report to police if you feel that you need to sue the seller for not completing the binding contract.

It seems that it's been a month since you sent the email here on Fixya but I will help you on how you can do this on your future listings.
If your item has already bids you can no longer edit or revise but you can end the listing if there are still more than 12 hours left before it ends. you just need to cancel the bids first and end it. then you can relist the item as a fixed price listing depending on the price that the buyers like to pay for it.
the reserve price only works for auction and you need to put it before you list the item.

Here's how you can end your listing early:

1. Go to: http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/end_early.html
2. Click the "End My Listing Early form" link. You may need to sign in.
3. Enter your Item number, and click the "Continue" button.
4. If there were no bids on your item, go to Step 6.

You can log in to your paypal account and at the top click on security then on the left file a transaction dispute. Explain what happened and they will try and contact the seller and see what the holdup is.

If you have an Item Not Received in eBay, you need to file a case in their Resolution Center provided that you paid using the accepted payments in eBay (PayPal, credit card, and other online electronic payments). You can follow these steps to file a case:

1. Go to your My eBay page.
2. Hover your mouse over the Account tab and select Resolution Center.
3. Select, "I haven't received my item" and click "Continue".
4. Enter the item number and click "Continue".
5. Provide the information being asked in the form and once you're done, just click on "Submit case".

If it's more than 45 days and you can't file a case on eBay anymore, please try to complain in www.ic3.gov.ph

Haven't received item purchased


I believe that the number you provided is not the tracking number but the ebay item number of the product that you purchased. i checked the number 270473663045 on trackthepack.com and apparently this tracking number doesnt exist. its best to contact the seller or ebay. but i suggest that you need to contact ebay right away so that they can open the item not receive dispute for you.. you will find their number using the link below or you can use the livechat:
