Question about Toshiba Computers & Internet
I purchased a Toshiba 320GB Portable Hard Drive. I connected the USB cable to the ahrd drive and then to my USB port and nothing happens at all. I tried different USB ports. Nothing still. I called Toshiba. He told me to take it to another computer and see if it worked. The minute I hooked it up to a different computer, it worked. The he thought my computer didn't have enough power. Is there anything I can do?
How many wattage had your computer? you need to upgrade your power supply.you need also to check your bios setup on usb port
