Question about Logitech QuickCam Communicate Personal Web Camera
I just bought a QuickCam Communicate MP S5500. The software installs ok until its time to connect the cammera to the usb port. A ballon pops up with "Found New Hardware - A problem has occured during hardware installation. Your hardware may not operate properly"
The installation disk will not recognize that the camera has been plugged in.
I've rebooted and tried several times with no luck.
Try disconnecting the Camera from the USB port and reinstall
the CD or Downloaded software program. When the program asks you
to connect the camera to the USB port, do so and it should work.
Hope this helps. Bud
