Hamilton Beach does not provide internal parts for their appliances. You will need to take your Hamilton Beach D50065 (A-B) Commercial Coffee Pot, to an authorized Hamilton Beach Service Center.

The tube that feeds the hot water to the top of the device is clogged.

I just called the company and ordered the lid for 10 dollars and change. they will also send me a manual so I would thing you could get a cord too
