check you outlet make sure it has 240 volts coming out. it might be your house breaker 1 side bad it is a breaker with 2 points in it 1 side will work and give you 120 volts but the other side is burned out you need both points in contact to give you 240 volts good luck and make sure you use a volt tester you can buy at any hardware

SOURCE: stove top burners
It is not the cartridge. It is the ignition switch (sometimes called a cooktop switch) I found mine on ebay. In particular it is a faulty rear switch. Save your money on the cartridge.

SOURCE: electric range
the burner needs to be replaced, and as far as the oven goes, if you get the same code when you try to use the broiler setting you may need a new control panel. there should be an envelope on the back of the stove with papers in it, that is a tech guide, it should tell you what that code means. depending on the overall condition of the stove it may be better to replace it then fix it.

Yes , its much more labor intense but it can be done by venting it up through the wall then through the attic over to the side vents. Make sure to get flexable duct to pull up through the wall.

Hi Ron - From what you have described if neither the burners nor oven turns on make sure the electrical connecting is 240V. The oven light and clock portions only required 115V. The clock and oven light working may indicate an electrical circuit breaker supplying the range is tripped or a fuse is blown. Confirm household circuit is correct and the range cord is properly wired to the terminal block.
