Are you pressing the "SCAN" button? Try pressing the "search" button on the bottom left of the key board. If you want to use the "SCAN" button you need to program frequencies into the banks.
When you first turn on the pro 95 and the dual trunking screen is still
on insert (gently) a pin or straightend paper clip in the small hole
just above and to the right of the external power plug. That will reset
the radio. Once it is reset (wait until it finishes resetting) you may
need to initialize it. Turn it off then back on, while it is still
displaying the dual trunking screen press "0" and then the "1". Do not
turn the radio off until the Initializing is finished. Now re
program your radio if you with to use the "SCAN" button. Other wise you
should be able to use the "search" button to select the service you
wish to listen to. This may be a little overkill but it doesn't hurt. Hope this helps.
