Question about LG TROMM WM2688H 4.0 cu.ft. Front Loading SteamWasher
I just bought the LG fron load washer and brought it home unfortunatley bought it from the paper clearly it has never been used the door was still taped shut and however after laying it on its side traveled 6 miles un load and plug it in absolutley nothing no poewer?? any thoughts...
If you are certain that the receptacle you are plugging the washer into is OK, then it is possible you have a bad cord, a fuse damaged or main circuit board damage. I suspect the cord or fuse might have the highest probability as the problem. I have attached a link for you to get the service manual and check out pages 14 -16 for troubleshooting details. If you can follow a schematic .. there are two fuse internal to the washer that may have gotten dislodged or damaged while in transit.. Also, if you open the washer up to gain access to this hardware, check that all connectors are properly seated on the main board and throughout the washer. You should do that with the washer unplugged
Hope this helps you..
