Faulty right speaker

Sounds like a bad speaker. There isn't anything in the receiver that would cause it to not pass certain frequencies.

How to solve the the YPAO warning (W-1) problem on the Yamaha RX-V367?

Step 1: Get the manual out.

Step 2: Search it for W-1.

It's only a warning that the subwoofer phase is possibly reversed which can **** some of the bass out of the room at the microphone's position. If you CAN change the phasing, try it and retest. Otherwise repositioning the sub may yield a different result or it may just be a glitch.

Use a search engine and read up on speaker phasing.

Yamaha Rx-V367 Subwoofer not working, I have new Polk Audio PS10 hooked up with Y-Adayer and Subwoofer Cable to Subwoofer Jack on backn of receiver. No sound in Radio mode which other 4 speakers work, in...

Have you looked at the manual?

The NEW thing doesn't work.

Does the subwoofer work for setup? That would certify the hardware and speaker definitions are ok.

The PC has the responsibility for defining and sending out something between headphone and full-blown 7.1 though the HDMI. Check your PC sound controls and the "Information on HDMI" section of the manual.

For the radio mode, probably the only analog stereo source you have, read up on the STRAIGHT decoding mode and Sound Field programs.
