Question about Kenmore Elite 45986 Front Load Washer
There is confirmed power to the plug. No power at the control panel.
Is this definitive the Control Panel or some other problem?
And washer have fues where

I suggest that you unplug the power cord and gain access to the control panel and check all connectors to make sure they are properly connected to their appropriate mating connection. If they are Ok..then you may have a fuse blown. Hope this helps..
If you decide to diagnose the problem yourself, I suggest you unplug the washer before making your checks..
