WILL NOT START CYCLE! PUSH START BEEP NOTHING HAPPENS
If the lid
switch is defective, your washer can't spin and may not function at
all. The switch is inside the washing machine main housing near the
door frame. Often you have to raise or open the top or front of the
washer to get to the switch. If it's defective, you need to replace it.
Some machines have a special lid-switch fuse near the lid
switch, inside the control panel. If this fuse blows, the unit won't
fill with water until you replace the fuse.
Hope that helps! Should you have any further questions,
please feel free to post them here.

Hello - First, does the drain pump make a humming noise? If so, you possibly have a restriction in the drain line. Try setting the cycle to spin only and verify if water pumps out. Also try to rotate the drum manually (when it is not in use) and see if you notice a bumping sound as well. If you do, then the drum is not balanced and probably the bearing and pulley system behind the drum will need repairing. You may need to reset the unit at the household circuit breaker for a few minutes to create a hard reset within the unit. Then retry. If it proves to be ineffective contact a professional to move forward accurately. Washer may be experiencing an issue with a faulty door lock, timer, pump or control board not communicating correctly.
