If its like other pc's that ive worked on you just click on the time in the lower right hand of the screen at your desktop......the rest should be easy to figure out it will say "system time &date''

Dont have the original hard disk in my aspire 3000, but I want to restore it to factory settings ??

Go to the acer site, they have the software. I assume you had everything on the old hard drive. Load windows onto your new hard drive. It will detect all your hardware. Actually, since you changed hardware, it no longer is an aspire 3000. I changed out all my stuff in my acer aspire to keep it up to date. The only thing left is the box. As you change hardware the motherboard will detect and adapt. You may still see the aspire logo as it is burned into the bios.

How can i fix my acer aspire T180 i can only use it on safe mode

What changed? Try resetting your BIOS to Bare. You will then have to reset time and date. As far as safe mode goes, replace component after component until you get to the one causing the trouble. You may have some CPU parameters wrong. Did you change that recently?

You just set up the time in BIOS setting. To get the BIOS just press delete during your laptop is on. Go to CMOS to change the time. Use arrow key to select after that you need to save just press F10 to save settings.

Hi. The clock on my Acer will not keep the correct time any more and it doesnt change dates on the calendar either. Do I need to change a battery in my motherboard?

If you change the BIOS date and time and when you boot up next time and the date and time has changed back or is incorrect, then the most likely fault is a flat BIOS battery. Replace the BIOS battery, it maybe a coin type lithium 3volt battery. this is the most common type used in motherboards is a CR2030 lithium battery.

NEED SYSTEM HISTORY ACER 3000 ASPIRE

Go into System Restore, if it has been activated (The Default) you can browse the earlier dates and see when items were changed. I have used it in the past to restore to previous versions of something or when certain changes were made.
Hope this helps.
