Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Have you tried hooking your unit to another computer, just to see if it will recognize it? If so then it may be the drivers or your USB port. Try a different USB port.
Next, try uninstalling all drivers and software, pertaining to your player. reboot the computer then try installing again.
Check the USB cable, from player to PC. May have a damaged cord or corroded contact, clean with rubbing alcohol.
