Question about PC Desktops
Please try to remove the battery and use the ac power only it it will still do the same thing.
Please try to use an external monitor to see if it will display what is supposed to be showing on the screen of your laptop. If it works with the external monitor, please try to press on the hot key combination for switching the display. If everything did not work, it is a hardware problem. Please let me know it any of these helped. Thank you.
