There might be number of reasons for it so let's try it one by one.
1) most of the time we just need a small reset, i mean just take out power cord for both modem and router for 20 seconds and then plug it back and wait for all lights to come back
2) if not ...you need to check in network connection if you are able to see your network in there, and if your network is not secured
3) Sometimes u need to change ipaddress for this follow this procedure
go to start-->run-->type cmd
u will see DOS window
you will see some numbers in there
then type ipconfig/release
u will see all numbers turn to 0
then type ipconfig/renew
then u will see some numbers again
and ur ip address is renewed now
try it now
