The tiny program that allows you to select Yahoo! Mail as the default email
application for your PC is included as part of Yahoo! Toolbar version 7.2 and up
for Internet Explorer (not Firefox).
If you don't have Yahoo! Toolbar v.7.2 or later for Internet Explorer
installed, you’ll need to download
it before proceeding with these instructions.
We’re sorry there’s not an official version for the Mac—yet.
Here’s how to set your PC to open Yahoo! Mail when you click an email link on
a web page.
From the “Start” pop-up menu in the lower left corner of your desktop,
select “Settings” > “Control Panel”.
In the Control Panel, select “Internet Options”. This opens the “Internet

Click the “E-mail” pull-down menu, and select Yahoo! Mail.
Click OK. Done!
Note: Yahoo! Toolbar v.7.2 and above
for Internet Explorer (not Firefox) is
the download that adds Yahoo! Mail to your PC's list of email programs to choose

hold down left click on mouse ,drag left to right ,text will change color , if more than one line required pull mouse down still holding left click down all text will change color, release left click ,right click and select copy with left click. Go to email left click where message goes, right click mouse and select copy with left click. Sounds involved but easy after a few tries.
The inability to send, reply, or forward emails could be from a program that was installed on your computer that is now preventing the Yahoo! Mail Rich Text toolbar from launching properly. Try switching from "Rich Text" compose mode to "Plain Text" as a work around:
Sign in to your Yahoo! Mail account.
Click the New button to start a new email.
To the far right of the "Subject" line click the "Plain Text link.
Compose and send your email.
To make "Plain Text" your default when replying or forwarding, do this:
Sign in to your Yahoo! Mail account.
Click "Options," then select "More Options" from the pull down arrow in the upper right corner of your Mail page.
Select "General" from the list of options on the left side of the page.
Check the box next to; When replying & forwardingMark original message with > (plain text only).
Click the "Save Changes" button in the upper left corner.
I've got the problem of replying facebook message directly from my yahoo account. Every time I click the reply buttom from mail box, the reply will come to firstname.lastname@example.org and my message will not be sent to the destination. So my solution is that I replace the noreply@ by the address which was sent from fb to my mail box. I hope to hear better idea from you.
Using Firefox browser, the following error messege comes up when I attempt to reply to a Craigslist add: Windows Internet Explorer cannot perform this operation because the default mail client is not properply installed.
Absolutely yes! There is a way to do that...i know it's disgusting sometimes to see your previous messages and feels awkward right?!
So here's what you have to do:
-After clicking the Reply button, a text will appear where u will write your reply in and automatically the message that you are going to send a reply is also there. But because you don't want it there,so just click inside the text box where your text will be written.
-Press and hold Ctrl + A for select all (in your keyboard,if the text is already highlighted, let go of the Ctrl and A keys)
Or Highlight all the text or messages(s) inside the Text box.
-And press Delete or Backspace in your keyboard.
That's it, all unwanted text and messages is deleted and you can write and send your messages now without those.
Note: You have to do it everytime you reply because that's the settings of the mail provider that we users are not allowed to change!
ENJOY AND GOODLUCK!
By the way, please this solution according to its use, specially if it works or solved your problem(s),
