Question about Audio Players & Recorders
I live close to a very large shopping area. I went to the Best Buy store, went to the "geek" counter and asked the young man on duty to look at my I Pod after telling him it appeared to be locked up. Within 1 minute he had it working correctly again. In some way unknown to me I had gone to settings and had told the i pod to play songs a number of times. He cancelled that setting and it worked like new. I remember telling you folks that iit appeared to be locked up and would only repeat the individual songs once over and over. He saw the trouble in seconds. I have extended my service contract but I wonder why. Thanks for your efforts to help me. William R. Andrews
