Can i convert a LG dryer that uses gas into electric
I don't think you can convert the gas dryer to an electric dryer.
there are so many issues to consider.
1 the contacts of the timer would be a big problem,
2 the heating element wiring uses big wires where as the existing wires are very small to handle the big current of the heaters.
3 the configuration of extra part that you would have such as the gas solenoids, the ignite r, the flame sensor, etc which electric dryer does not have.
so bottom line is..... can not convert.
