Question about Blodgett 911-DOUBLE Gas Oven
Both ovens are not working!
Replace all parts over the last year
2. safety shut off
3. manual shut off
5. pilot and pilot tubes
have been going thru alot of thermocouples and recently tried "Husky" thermocouples and they worked for a week! now one pilot wont light and the other light but oven shuts off after20 min of warming up???
Check the gas pressure regulator behind oven. Vent must be kept clean. Try screwing off silver dust cap.

SOURCE: oven probs
I think you are having a problem with a high limit switch that has become faulty. If you are running this around 400 degrees F. These things fail over time and since you said its a blodgett deck oven I assume it has to be over 10 years old. If you need further help please comment me back.
Hope this helps ya
