Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
A few weeks ago, I was on the phone to someone and my iphone just randomly turned off while in the middle of a conversation. Nothing happened when I pressed any of the buttons, or when I put it on charge. When someone called me it kept on ringing as if I wasn't answering but it wasn't saying I had a missed call as the screen was just black. I took it back to the shop where I bought it but didn't want to send it off for repair as I didn't have another phone to use. But when I got to the shop and explained what had happened to it, it came on all of a sudden and was fine. It was ok up until now. I went out on sunday night and it was fine then but when I came home, it randomly did it again. I saw that I had missed calls and texts and tried to unlock it but nothing was happening then it went off and I haven't been able to make anything happen since then. Nothing happens when I put it on charge or when I plug it into my laptop.
Have you tried resetting it by holding down the sleep/wake button and the home key until the apple logo appears?
