Hardly any of my buttons will work, no return, no code, no anything except for the alpha keys?

Check to see if the flat ketboard connectors are fully plugged in. If they are you probably need a keyboard.

We se4ll them for 20.00 with instructions.

It is most likely a bad keyboard. You can try my fix under WW1000 or contact Geo. Beyers Co. for a rebuild.

Wheelwriter 15 Series II Under the shiftlock key there are four numbers l l l/2 2 3 all but one are flashing. The typewriter will not respond to anything.


The book says Remove and reinsert the printwheel, look for debris in the P/W area, reinsert.
try again. Try another P/W.

Code key no longer works on lexmark wheelwriter 15


There may be some debris under the ket button, just pry it off and look, but more likely the keyboard is going bad. For a KB contact Geo. Beyers Co. @ 1-800-392-8085.

IBM WHEELWRITER 6 SERIES II - HOW DO YOU TURN OFF THE UNDERLINING FUNCTION.


Hold the Code key and press either the "U" or "I" key depending on which underlind mode you are in.

Check the connectors from the keyboard to be sure they are plugged in fully, check to see if you are in language mode (light on rt. side of keyboard) CODE "L" ,if these are OK then you probably need a keyboard.
