Question about HP PSC 2355 All-In-One InkJet Printer
After the printer is on for a few minutes it comes up with an error code of 0xb9000013 and also says 165:hw_interrupt_hwv2.c
If I hit reset, it will print and work for a while then go right back to this error screen.
Printer worked fine for 2 years. Still on the same computer.
Temporarily, you may be able to make the unit work again but the error will re-appear some other time. this will be up to HP if they can or will repair this kind of error.
1) unplug the power supply
2) hold the # and 6 key down while plugging it back in
3) then try to reconnect to the device and do a test operation to see if it will work
hope this helps...
