Where is the ink cartridge located on the HP c3140 and how to I get to it?

From the manual:
Make sure the HP All-in-One is on.
Caution If the HP All-in-One is off when you open the print cartridge door
to access the print cartridges, the HP All-in-One will not release the
cartridges for changing. You might damage the HP All-in-One if the print
cartridges are not docked safely when you try to remove them.
2. Make sure you have letter or A4 unused plain white paper loaded in the input tray.
3. Open the print cartridge door.
The print carriage moves to the far right side of the HP All-in-One.
4. Wait until the print carriage is idle and silent, and then lightly press down on a
print cartridge to release it.
If you are replacing the tri-color print cartridge, remove the print cartridge from the
slot on the left.
If you are replacing the black or photo print cartridge, remove the print cartridge
from the slot on the right.

I am getting an error code of 10.1000 in my 2600 n printer, I have tried changing the cartridge twice with no luck.

If this error occurs upon initial power-up on the printer, remove all cartridges to check for the orange packing tape. If present, remove it before reinstalling the toners.

We have a HP Laserjet 2600N. There is a jam in the fuser delivery section. Someone tried to clear the jam but left torn paper inside. How can I remove the jammed/torn paper? Is there a lever that will...

I'm sorry to inform you I referenced the removal of the fuser as it's simple for most machines. However on the 2600 it's buried inside. If you can pull it out the machine will have to opened up to remove the paper. The process includes 18 steps to get it out.

If you want the instuctions on how to remove I can upload them to scribd and provide you with a link. Other than that it would require a service call to a technician or your IT department.

HP 2600 cartridge stuck in the printer

This is most likely a broken part, It is probably the drive connection to the transfer belt.

It's fairly common for these to break, and the part is not available as a spare (unless you strip one from another printer).

HP 2600 Cartridge Jam on Right Side

If they are locked in on the right side, the cartridge drive(s) are not being retracted when the front door is opened. There will be a broken part, which is difficut to obtain, and requires a major stripdown of the printer to find and repalace.

It can be easier and MUCH quicker to replace the whole gear assembly on the right hand side of the printer. These ARE available, and can also be removed from another printer with other faults/damage which renders that one BER.
