There is a trouble rest button inside the front door above the fuser unit. There is a small panel with one screw in it, remove the cover and you will see a PCB with two black switch's on it. One is the trouble rest button, have the copier ON and press the trouble rest button and close the door and you are done... If it will not rest, check what you did and make sure it is put back correctly.
Open the front cover to your left you should see a small access cover remove the bolt press the trouble reset button if the code comes back then have tech look at it below is a web site for parts, do not continue to reset the part you are resetting is the fuser the hot part could catch on fire that would ruin a perfectly good day
Try opening the front door with the copier on, on the right hand side you will see a small cover held on by 1 screw, remove this and press the reset button then close the door. If the error is still present it will return.
