Question about Pioneer Car Speakers & Subwoofers
Do you have a strong alternator to charge your battery? even though you have a capacitor and a strong battery you will also need to make sure you have a strong alternator to handle the charging needs when that capacitor puts out its juice that its been storing. Make sure your alternator isnt on it way out by bringing it to somewhere like autozone or advanced auto parts....they usually will do a free test and it only takes 10 minutes.
if it isnt that try a higher farad capacitor.....that could also be the problem.
check all your ground connections as well as look for corrosion on the battery terminals.
might as well check the battery fluid too. (be careful not to touch battery acid as it hurts like hell and is very flammable) you wont have to check your acid levels if its a maintance free battery. if the acid is low inside the battery you can add bottled water to it and run the car for awhile to change the water into acid.
