How do I replace the front panel switches? I guess I have to take the monitor into the repair shop. Well, at least now I know I don't need to continue trying to find a software solution to this problem. Thank you.

Well, at least now I know it's a hardware problem and I should take the monitor in for repairs instead of wasting time trying to figure out a software/driver/etc solution. Thanks for the info.
