Question about SanDisk Sansa Clip MP3 Player
It has been working fine, now it won't turn on at all. It won't come on when I plug it up to charge either... I'm very upset
Surprisingly the solution was quite simple after I stopped panicking. The Sansa Updater Setup Maintenance Program, I don't know where I got it from, probably off the web site for Sansa. I clicked it, followed themessage to delete current files and update new material. It told me to plug in my "dead" Sansa Clip (which was full of audio books I did not want to loose) and like magic it came to life. I sure hope this information helps someone. I have the silver 4g SanDisk and LOVE it
