Verify that only licensed accessories are being used with the system. Unlicensed products are not fully compatible with Nintendo systems, and may not work correctly.

Check the game pak manual or packaging to verify that the game is designed to be used with the N64 Transfer Pak.

Make sure the Game Boy game pak works properly in a Game Boy system. It may be a problem with the Game Boy game pak and not the Transfer Pak.

Verify that the game paks are inserted in both the control deck and the N64 Transfer Pak. If they are not, insert them and then turn the control deck power off and back on again.

Verify that the controller is plugged into the proper controller socket on the front of the control deck. If it is not, secure it and then press reset on your control deck.

Remove and re-insert the N64 Transfer Pak, making sure the pak is fully inserted into the bottom of the controller. If it is not, secure it and then press reset on the control deck.

If possible, try another controller. If the Transfer Pak works in another controller, it may be the controller that is having a problem. Check out controller troubleshooting (click here).

If the issue persists, the Transfer Pak may need to be replaced. For information on locating replacements for older products, please click here.

My gameboy advance sp resets for no reason then sometimes also if I touch the game pack or the screen part it will reset then too.

Important Note:
A few older Game Boy games may not function properly on the Game Boy Advance systems, causing display or sound problems. Also, a few multiplayer games may not work properly.

Note: It may be difficult to play Kirby's Tilt 'n' Tumble due to the motion sensor in the game, and the different orientation of the Game Pak in the Game Boy Advance SP.
Because the Game Pak is situated upside down in the Game Boy Advance SP, players would need to tilt the game in the opposite direction of where they want Kirby to roll.

Note: It is possible that the problem you have may be game play related. For example, if you cannot defeat a particular enemy, or are missing an item you need to complete an area, the problem is likely game play related and there is nothing wrong with your game. Please check our game play help for assistance.

General Game Pak Troubleshooting Steps:
Check the list of specific game issues to see if there are any known problems for the game you are playing.
Make sure you are using only licensed accessories with your system. Unlicensed products are not fully compatible with Nintendo systems, and may not work correctly.
Remove and firmly re-insert the Game Pak into the system. The Game Pak label should be facing away from the machine. Be sure the Game Pak is fully inserted. You will know it is fully inserted when you hear it click in place.
Turn the system on and test the game again.
If it still doesn't work, remove all accessories to see if the Game Pak works correctly without the accessory. If the game does work correctly once the accessory is removed, then the game pak and the accessory may not be compatible. Check the game pak instruction manual.

Corupted data on Nintendo DS Lite

is it definitely "any" game? Reason is that a lot of games are now suffering from flat batteries, the symptom of which is what you're saying, corrupt save data.

The only solution is to change the battery if thats the case.

DS Lite - game boy advance game - delete saved data?

Do so how you normally would when playing the GBA game on a GBA (It best be a GBA game, because DS and DS Lites cannot communicate to older Game Boy games), go through the menus (on the game) and delete the files. It's not a matter of the DS having the problem it's the game.

I've went through the menu's and deleted the game but my game still has "corrupted data":

First, do all you can do, clean out the slot in the DS Lite, and the cartridge (with a damp, NOT SOAKING WET, cotton swab), and try the game again. Start a new save file, save it after a ways, and try to load it again. IF it -STILL- has a corrupted save file problem, then it is time to bring it to the seller or the manufacturer.

The seller: Telling the seller what's happening is great. BUT SHOWING the seller that the save data never loads really helps! Customers can say quite a few things to Sellers just to get a new game or their money back, but showing them is pretty much proof. No, you don't -HAVE- to show them, but if the seller is -that- skeptical, it may be wise to bring your DS along with you.

The manufacturer: All games have a Technical support call number, also going to nintendo's main site,www.nintendo.com/, and going straight to their technical support pages helps too. Sending it in will warrant a little wait time, but if done correctly you will receive a fixed or new game from them as well.
