Try this: restore your TV to factory settings, then power-cycle it by turning it off and unplugging it for at least an hour. If the problem persists, your TV may require repairs. If your TV is 37" or less, service can be obtained by carrying your TV in to the place of purchase. If the warranty period is still in effect, your original receipt will be required for validation.
