Lift out the drainer by lifting upwards then pulling towards you. Pull the door from the left side and it will swing out. Pull out the brew group, if you want. Start cleaning.

My Saeco Vienna made me a cup of coffee this morning, but know the light won't go on. Please help.

If you push the power button and the machine will not turn on and it a newer machine there is a reset button on the side of the boiler that needs to be pushed. This will get you power again. If the machine is older than 3 years there is a thermal fuse on the side of the boiler or a reset button on the back side that you can push but if that won't solve the problem you probably need a new board or power filter.

Saeco Vienna De Luxe grinds but plugs up at door

Try this: clean out the chamber, then set the grinds coarser to see if it makes a difference. If it does not then the micro switch or solenoid that controls the door is broken. Check resistance on solenoid it may need to be replaced.

Looking for vienna de luxe schematics

Hi
Check your door switch. Back side of the door on top in the center is a pointer. That pointer pushes a metal bar inside the machine. If you can see the piece of metal(silver color) in the machine then you may have a thermostat that has a reset button you have to push inside the machine on the boiler.
