I dropped my ipod and it froze. i cant get it to play or go to any menu.

Take it back to the store with your receipt if your within 30 days or take it back to the Apple store if your within your year warranty.  Tell them it just quit playing and you don't know why and they will exchange a new one for you.  Just leave out the part that you dropped the thing and broke it.  Next time get you a silicone protective cover for it.

My 4 GB Nano was washed and dried, And will not turn on at all.

Well, you need to take the face cover off and make sure all the internal wires are still connected. If they are make sure they are dry and let it air out with the cover off. If it still doesnt work, then you have a broken ipod and you will have to send it to the factory and they will fix it for a small cost

I dropped my i-pod in the pool

unfortunately your ipod cannot be fixed with our help because you did function it when still wet on the inside electric circuit and had a short-circuit obviously,

after falling in the pool the right move was to switch it of immediately and leave it drain for many days in order to be sure that it is completely dry before you function it,

you could still get it replaced if it is still on your guaranted period by telling to your salesman that it suddenly stopped working

im sorry,
hope i helped!

Sad face ipod

What do you mean how are the warranty rules broke? Do you mean what voids the warranty or what do you have to do to get it fixed??

We are not Apple - we are a tech support website that is not affiliated with Apple in any way - go to Apple's website, call their phone # and ask them. If you dropped it, cracked it, etc, it is considered customer abuse and will probably not be covered; if it's just not working, they can hel pyou fix it or replace it

Repair ipod

If the iPod was on, and fell in the pool, then probably not. If it wasn't I would let it dry out, use a hairdryer and blow the water out through the cracks (and headphone and docking jack) and let it sit for a few days. Try to use it then. Since the warranty doesn't cover it, i'm sorry if it won't work.

Broken screen

Check this website out. It should provide you with information on how to fix it. Or, you can always take it in to an Apple store, and they should be able to fix it/send it away to be fixed for you.
