I don't mean to over simplify this, but are you using fresh gas? Gas blowers are extremely ticky when it comes to gas. They like it SUPER fresh. And while the gas and oil mixture should be right, it can be off a little bit and still run. Try draining all of the gas out, and then filling up with fresh mix. This is ALWAYS my first step with gas blowers, and it fixes the problem 75% of the time. Also make sure your spark plug is clean. If you are not sure, a new plug couldn't hurt.
Hope this helps!!

Bogs down at full thouldel tryed to adjust carberator

Hi
This is either a clogged muffler or carb. Take the off and see if it will rev. If not you need to clean carb and install a carb repair kit. Do not run long with muffler off.

Wheres the air filter located on the homelite ut08107?

It would likely be on the right hand rear corner of the unit while you hold it in an operational position. Look for a choke lever/ knob. The air filter cover is in direct contact with that. Remove the cover ( likely a push clip, possibly a screw or two) and the air filter will be exposed.

Homelite ut08107 will not fire. no spark at plug.

It may be the coil if there is not any spark. Or a wire could off at the coil. One more thing it could be is the spark plug wire may have came loose from the coil. These a few thing to check.

Homelite 26bp backpack won't run up to full throttle

I have let my leaf blower run and warm up before throttling up and still it bogs down and shuts down. There is no air cleaner to clean should I just blow out the carb. and fuel lines?
It runs and idles just no high speed to blow.
