This error message may occur if the primary disk group identity of the hard disk does not match the primary disk group identity that is stored in the registry. There wasn't anything wrong with your memory or PSU. (not the cause for blue screen).
If there is data on the primary drive than slave it into another system & copy the data to another drive or CD. The most common data to copy. My Documents, Favorits, Desktop. Users name(jeff), open Application Data, copy Identities. open Mocrosoft, copy Address Book.
What is needed is a fresh install of windows. You can either boot to windows through the cdrom & quick format before install or use the hard drive's utility disk software or CD/iso bootable's to redo the drive. I understand this is a replacement board & one would think that re-connecting everything the system should just boot but from time to time widows gets trashed in the prosses. Though the quick formatt is faster I prefer to use the Mfg's bootable ISO to make a bootable CD. Here you can also check the drive & MBR & pick size & even FAT type.
The choice's are up to you. Just make sure the bios is seeing the drive correctly.

How to start bootable cd for instaling windows 7

When you reboot your computer, you should see a message in the lower left corner for a second or two that says something like "press esc for start menu." Press that button before the message disappears and a start menu should appear and one of the choices should be "boot options" or "boot order" select that and select the cd as the boot drive.

I have an OEM PC with mainboard MSI p965 Neo Today it is not working (no startup screen, no ugly beep messages etc).. I have only a blank screen..

First of all test the power source on its own. Good? Take out the board of the case and keep on it just the video card and try to boot into the BIOS. No good? Try to boot using another video card, then another memory sticks and finally another processor. If none of them had an effect then the motherboard is dead, replace it.

MSI K8N Neo V2.0 beep code problem is continous beeps.

That's usually a bad ram stick. Shut down the pc & remove one stick at a time starting with the one furthest from the cpu & work your way down to the first one. When it boots without the constant "beep", you found the bad one! You can also check www.msi.com & look in the support area for a solution if mine is wrong.(I'm never wrong though, lol)
