Are you using Windows Vista, try using a computer with windows XP. for some reason the HP vista driver is not always compatiable with windows vista.

Please go to the link directly to Lexmark's website where you can download the driver for free.

Lex Z515 driver

If your computer has windows vista, choose the file that says for windows vista. If it is windows Xp then choose the one for Windows XP.

really sorry to inform lexmark's website also does not mention that there is a driver for this printer for win vista... its not listed as compatiable.. so my best guess is its not compatiable on vista...
