I have upgraded recently both at home and at work to XP and am running the latest version of Active Sync. Neither computer will recognise my iPAQ PC 3760 - any ideas?

The operating systems shouldn't be a problem. Have you got any anti-virus software running? Try disabling it and then see if there is any change.
