Question about JVC RX-D302 7.1 Channels Receiver
Jvc rx-302 receiver,acording to manual, wireless usb's input mode should be digital auto with no provision for changing.this one says analog.and cannot be changed with digital/analog button on remote.is the unit bad? is there a factory reset? everything else (both digital and analog componants work fine) thanks in advance for any help

The JVC RX-884VBK is a great machine, I had it for over 5 years and had no problem at all. I came across the (NO SOUND at all) and I believe it is an easy fix. Check the Front left, there are 2 keys marked 1 and 2 for SPEAKERS output, sometimes you don't notice that you connected the speakers to 1 and the 2 key is pressed. You could have both keys pressed and you will get the sound. I hope that helps.

The fuse lamps inside the unit have burned out. If you crack the case and replace the two 150mw 12v fuse lamps, you'll have a display again (assuming the protective diodes haven't fried).
