Question about Samsung Cell Phones
You can purchase a replacement screen on the internet for your phone and usually its a straightforward job which involves unplugging the old screen ribbon cables and attaching the new one. Be warned though that once you open your phone any warranty is immediately invalidated and no sane repairman would touch it with a barge pole as it usually would be a World of trouble in a small package. My advice would be find a competant technician to do it for you but if you are going to go ahead and do it yourself make sure you are not near any electrical sources and minimize the risk of static electricity. There is no way you can fix a LCD screen the way you have described it only replace it. The very best of luck.
