Leslie, Badge GWEL0233, sent an email on 9/20/08 to assist my mother with her problem. My brother-in-law moved some of the connections and for a short while the monitor was not blurred (not shadowed). But it began doing the same problem.
I am trying to follow Leslie's instructions, but I cannot tell when the "Gateway BIOS" logo is up. I have tried pressing F8 at several different times and have not gotten to the setups.
