If you turn it on and providing the fuse is not blown in the plug there are usually two things wrong but without having it in front of me I can only give my best guess. The first thing is it might have blown the internal glass fuse, if so replace with one only of the same rating and no wrapping of foil around it lol. Otherwise there could be a fault on the power supply, if you are capable trace it yourself otherwise trust a competant technician. Hope this helps.
