Question about Philips GoGear HDD1830 MP3 Player
I have had my mp3 player for a little more than 2 years, and it has recently developed some problems.
1) I think it's because of the age, but the battery is not holding a charge. I can have it plugged in all day, turn it off all night, and the following morning some of the life is gone.
2) Songs that were once playing have disappeared and/or now freeze to the point where I have to reset.
3) It's been months since I have uploaded any song onto my mp3 player, yet alone had it connected to my laptop for any reason, and all my songs have been deleted.
Is it time for me to just fork over the money for a new player, or is there something I can do?
